We need two volunteers and one dog to give a talk and presentation. Need to give name, car info, DOB ahead of time.

We will need two volunteers and one dog to staff an information table at this event.
Need following info: Name, mobile phone #, email, license plate, make, model, state and color of car. Person will be called by DIA/CFC people to get SSN.
